Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada
- Standard Delivery: 3–8 business days
United States
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Current standard rates include:
- Canada: Standard Delivery – $12.99 CAD
- United States: Standard Delivery – $14.99 CAD
- Complimentary Delivery: Free on qualifying orders of $150 CAD or more
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Orders
At this time, AHMYDI ships to Canada and the United States.
As we grow, we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at wearahmydi@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
AHMYDI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
